This coffee extract makes cooking my sponges, cakes and muffins so easy. It is so intense you only require a small amount, well worth the money as lasts much longer than cheaper brands.
I added this along with double cream to make coffee creams I dipped them into dark chocolate and put them into little bags to give as homemade edible Christmas presents. They went down a storm and the product helped soo much, I even got a mention in Nielsen-Massey’s Instagram story!
I decided to use this coffee extract to make a batch of mini vegan chocolate cupcakes a little more interesting by adding a few drops to the chocolate frosting. The flavour it gave was well-balanced and absolutely delicious and the cupcakes went down an absolute storm. Highly recommend.
