"Brilliant" star star star star star I have one of these and it's the best pepper mill I've ever had. I think the easiest way to describe how to open it is to hold the mill upside down by the main body and then with the other hand hold the ribbed section (between the main body and the grinding mechanism) and turn it anti-clockwise. The coarseness or fineness of the pepper can be adjusted by tightening or loosening the little black screw in the base.
"useless pepper mill" star star_border star_border star_border star_border this is supplied with no instructions and as opposed to easy fill it's impossible to fill. Don't buy it under any circumstances. Utterly unsuited for its purpose. Wish we could give it no stars at all. It's going back to the shop. support_agent A note from the team We're sorry to hear you've been disappointed with the instructions to fill this salt mill. To fill, remove the bottom section of mill by holding the ridged section (just below the smooth body of the mill) and turn in an anti-clockwise direction. We'll be in touch soon to help.
"Disappointed." star star_border star_border star_border star_border I have two of these grinders and I'm really disappointed with them, they either don't grind or grind the finest dust - now they are just sat on a shelf while I've ground my pepper corns and salt in my coffee grinder attachment on my blender and I've put them in small screw top glass jars. support_agent A note from the team Thank you for placing your review.
