it's a shame you won't be getting any more I love these, I am on my last 2 now and have used them for years. I have a disabled daughter who needs supplements whisked and heated, which I do in the microwave. My whisks have a hard life and last ages. Ordering 6 now to make sure I never am without, they have even travelled the world (well some of it!) with us and 1 was left in France and another in the USA!
Of course I have the standard whisks, but these baby microwave ones are brilliant! I use them for gravy making and all sorts of jobs where a small efficient whisk is needed. The price is amazing!
I love these whisks. So easy to use. No more drips on the counter top around the microwave from constantly whisking sauces and then removing the conventional whisk. I did prefer the old clear ones (mine still going strong) but have coloured ones too. Please never discontinue.
I think these are super. Perfect for making ganache - leave in the microwave while melting the chocolate then whisk to incorporate the butter and liqueur. I shall get more.
I was a bit concerned by the reviews and have only had mine a few days so it could break any day but so far I am pleased with it and have used it for custard and porridge. Great that you can leave it in the bowl whilst microwaving so you don't drip mess everywhere! I don't want it to be discontinued, I am trying to make sure I'm extra careful with it because I won't be able to get another if it does break!
