I love this product and have found the best foam comes from skimmed milk and not full milk as the instructions say. I also get a brown mark from the heated milk in one area, but I find it's easy to clean by gentle use of a washing up brush with a little washing up liquid. I've had mine 6 months now with no problems.

To avoid any "catching" of the milk and the resultant cleaning problems, use Goats Semi-Skimmed Milk instead of Cows Milk. It makes better froth too! All it needs is a wipe out afterwards with a little washing-up liquid and hot water. Try it - it works. I don't know why but it does.

Just the ticket, my granddaughter loves to use it to make hot chocolate or cold milkshakes. I make a great latte it is much better than the other well known brand which I ended up taking back. Well done Lakeland

I agree with many comments already posted on this product. It produces great, frothy, milk but catches the milk on the bottom every single time and is almost impossible to clean thoroughly (and you end up cleaning after every use). It takes longer to clean than it does to heat the milk!

Expensive but does a really good job of frothing the milk and the red one looks great. Only problem is that although the inside is nonstick there is one spot on the bottom which "catches " the milk every time leaving a brown residue which is almost impossible to clean as you can't use anything abrasive, spoils the product for me.
