Lakeland Roast-a-Film

I have lined my roasting trays with this for years, either alone, or with bags. No basting needed. No washing up. Less hot water & time! If the bag, layer splits, the next layer catches it. Faster cooking than using foil, so it saves money too! I use a large piece going across each way & then pull it up to cover the turkey. Why struggle to get a large roast into a bag when you can use this? People who have seen me using it are so impressed but it is even hard to find from catering outlets. The foil edged one has its uses but is not nearly as useful/flexible as this.

I bought this thinking that I could make food parcels with it but did not realise that you can only line tins with it. Not as versatile as I first thought.
