"Best thing since sliced bread !!!"
for me anyway ! I was asked to bake a wedding cake for my friends son (no pressure !!) and having made a couple of trial cakes and realising that I would probably need to bake 9 in total, I saw these. As it's eggless, a proportion of the rise depends on the air you can add. A regular sieve seemed to take forever, especially with the best part of a kilo of dry ingredients. This has made my life so much easier that I may start making everything from scratch again rather than using mixes !!! A real must have if you bake the old way !
