OXO Good Grips Large Fat Separator Cup

This is a great product and does the job for which it's designed. I have used it for gravy and stock. It works very well indeed.

This works well to separate fat from juices. The bung stops the fat entering the spout. The plastic is good quality and the larger capacity more practical for a family. We much prefer this to the lakeland brand version, which we threw away when we bought this. It is used weekly and handwashed. We use a brush to clean inside the spout occasionally.

I bought this as a birthday present for the wife...she asked for "a gravy separator". The addition of the filter at the top is inspired as it helps so much in keeping larger pieces from blocking the spout. Was big enough for our Christmas dinner.

I recently bought one of these - it looks very sturdy but unfortunately is far too large for my small family. Called Lakeland today and explained the situation. Customer service couldn't have been more helpful and gave an immediate refund - no problems, no fuss. Awarding five stars because you can't beat the service and the jug looks perfect for a large family. It was my error in the first place in not checking the volume.

Whoever designed this is a wizard. Magically pours the good stuff and leaves the rest behind. Top marks.
