I have a home made Haggis recipe which I have made for years. My main problem was the cooking bowl. I used to steam in the pressure cooker but then the bowl had to be able to stand the pressure, the string and paper on the top became soggy. I perfected my cooking time to the microwave but again the lid was an issue. I saw this bowl and ordered it. At the beginning I was disappointed with the inside shape but soon realized that it holds the same amount as a normal bowl. It has worked perfectly and I did not need to use the string. It is excellent, we all had Haggis yesterday for tea!
