As well as heating water to a variety of temperatures (in order to ensure the best flavour for your selected beverage), you can remove the kettle lid and sit in the unique double boiler, in which you can prepare delicate sauces or melt ingredients such as butter or chocolate, in a similar way to a bain marie. And that’s not all:

• keep-warm function maintains your desired temperature for up to 30 minutes
