"Fantastic Crepe pan"
I have always wanted a proper French crepe pan. It is nice and heavy so it doesn't warp or buckle and heats through evenly. Easy to season before first use by simmering potato skins in it, disposing of them, heating oil in it and wiping with kitchen paper. The pan is then ready to use and non-stick. Makes beautifully crispy crepes and great for omlettes too! I love it!
