Performing like a natural hair basting brush but with all the benefits of silicone, the combination of hard and soft bristles gives the perfect balance when it comes to retaining and spreading liquids. The soft outer ones are thin to hold sauce, while the thicker inner ones help spread the liquid, for an even finish. Particularly good for roasts, since the bristles are heat-resistant to 260ºC, and excellent for pastry too.
