"A slippery surface to work on" star star_border star_border star_border star_border I have read all 36 previous reviews of these chopping boards and find it amazing that nobody has mentioned the major fault that I have discovered in that the cutting surface is so slippery as to make working on it dangerous. I have had several near misses when cutting veg. and fruit such as potatoes, tomatoes, mangoes and pineapples. The board's surface acts like a skating rink and applying even minor pressure to make cuts risks knife-to-hand damage as the object suddenly moves. A non-slip surface is essential. Heavy duty, so they dont move around on the worktop. Large enough to chop all your veg at one time. Clean up beautifully, dishwasher safe and store well in the kitchen cupboard.
"Great Purchase" star star star star star These chopping boards do exactly as described, Slim enough to fit into cupboards and dishwasher easily but sturdy so they do not move around when chopping. Good size. They do get scored with knives but I was expecting that and as easy to clean it is not a problem for me. Would buy again
