Though this knife was sharp & cut our roast beautifully, it is just too long, making it a problem to fit in the draw space & too long at the table cutting up the meat, a small roast with a sword of a knife!

Ordered online, came in good time given covid restrictions at the time, knife really well balanced and looks good.
Wonderfully sharp blade that holds its edge really well, beautifully balanced, lovely grip that sits in your had so comfortably. My husband says it is the best carving knife he has ever used. I am now buying the rest of the range, because I do not think I could ever find better knives anywhere.
I bought this for my mum for Christmas Day to use on the turkey as her old one needed replacing. It is absolutely wonderful, carved through the meat without any effort whatsoever. Nice heavy duty hand so you could get a good grip. Great quality so I hope it lasts for years to come...
