Each of the kitchen knives in this range is fully forged by skilled cutlers from a single piece of hardened, martensitic stainless steel, and, with perfect metal integrity from top to bottom, the blades have no weak points. Each piece is beautifully balanced, with a full length tang running through the riveted handle to give superior strength and the well-shaped handle makes each one comfortable to handle.

This knife is great for everyday kitchen needs whether it is cutting meat or vegetables. It is well balanced and stays sharp for a good length of time between sharpening.
A very handy knife, suitable for all sorts of jobs. Very sharp but comfy to hold. I actually bought several different knives from the same range at the same time, and realised that my old set of knives, which I always thought were fine, were actually ancient & blunt! I would recommend this range to anyone.
