Each of the kitchen knives in this range is fully forged by skilled cutlers from a single piece of hardened, martensitic stainless steel, and, with perfect metal integrity from top to bottom, the blades have no weak points. Each piece is beautifully balanced, with a full length tang running through the riveted handle to give superior strength and the well-shaped handle makes each one comfortable to handle.

This range of knives have proven to be an eye opener. Very affordable but also excellent quality. So far my wife and I have purchased at least 5 of them and they have become our go to's when preparing most dishes.
I bought this knife hoping to be able to use it on numerous veg etc but it is not as sharp as I thought it would be it is a nice weight though
I like this knife, high quality and a great size. I liked it so much I ordered the large cooks knife and the carving fork from the same range.
excellent product - good weight and balance
Despite possessing a very sharp blade, I find this knife struggles with cutting vegetables. Not really sure why but in comparison to other similar knives I have owned in the past, this one does not do the job. Disappointed
