About Lakeland Fully Forged Stainless Steel Knives
Each of the kitchen knives in this range is fully forged by skilled cutlers from a single piece of hardened, martensitic stainless steel, and, with perfect metal integrity from top to bottom, the blades have no weak points. Each piece is beautifully balanced, with a full length tang running through the riveted handle to give superior strength and the well-shaped handle makes each one comfortable to handle.

This is a very handy small knife, ideal for fruit, veg, etc. Very sharp, makes it all so easy. I actually bought several different knives from the same range at the same time, and realised that my old set of knives, which I always thought were fine, were actually ancient & blunt! I would recommend this range to anyone.
