"Guilt-free fried chicken!!"
This gadget is great!! I was given a microwave browning dish with my first micro in the 80s, and I loved it. This one, several generations on, is even better. I like it best for skinless chicken thighs, coated lightly in seasoned flour, and cooked for about 3 minutes on each side. Tastes and smells like fried chicken, but without most of the fat!! My only caution would be to watch the cooking times given on the box - for my taste they're all way too long, so err on the side of checking what you cook every two or three minutes until you've got the hang of it.
