Wooden Pastry Board

This is so useful, I wish they were in the sale I would buy 4. I use it constantly to refer to for tin sizes-which of course takes a second, also for cutting out greasproof tin liners. The conversion chart is right in front of my eyes every time I bake and the measurement guides for pastry work perfectly. As for grains of flour etc sticking in the recessed lettering etc-nailbrush and warm water works perfectly and they are so minute anyhow. Cakes come straight from the oven onto the board, so a great worktop protector too. Very happy customer

Perfect piece of kitchen equipment Great for rolling and cutting pastry/scones and kneading bread on. also great for putting hot baking trays on, No more work top worries. As for cleaning, piece of cake!

So pleased with this. It's sturdy, looks great and is a good size. I didn't have a problem with keeping it clean at all - just a soapy sponge scrubbed over the engraved lettering is fine. Really enjoying making pastry on this! :-)

This pastry board is brilliant for its intended purpose, but, its size, shape and surface make it amazing as a sewing board! The markings are helpful too for cutting.

This board is great. It's more than big enough to cover my ceramic hob providing me with much needed extra work surface when I'm baking. The etched markings barely affect your pastry, and the rulers on the sides are a godsend when it comes to creating uniform sausage rolls and windmills. A small toothbrush is all it takes to clean any flour stuck in the grooves and despite it's size it is very easy to clean. I do however have one moan. I wish it had come unvarnished as coating appears to be flaking off along the edges and off the borders of the grooves and markings.
