Each piece is made from sturdy, metal utensil-friendly stainless steel with an encapsulated aluminium base which eliminates hot spots and ensures fast heat distribution. Close-fitting glass lids mean you can see at a glance what’s going on while riveted, soft-touch handles make for comfy use.
Oven safe to 180ºC. Suitable for ALL hobs (incl. induction).

Sturdy, well made and deep enough for so many uses. Good handles, solid base and feels like it will last a lifetime. An excellent 'long-term' purchase.
i received this pan thinking that i'd got a good buy and followed the instuctions about using hot water and Bicarbonate of soda to dissolve the protective layer and prevent the base turning black and burnt but the pan still burnt due to this and i spent 2 hours trying to recover it but it still remains with a blackened base and isnt very nice to use anymore.
