Lakeland Classic 28cm Induction Chefs Pan

Saucepans are useful but for some jobs a squared-off base can cause a problem – food gets caught in there, and it can be hard to stir or whisk it out. This round-bottomed saucier can perform all of the same functions as a saucepan, with the added advantage of rounded sides that make whisking and combining ingredients a snap – great for stir-fries too! This large 28cm Chef’s pan is a good size for combining cooked pasta and sauce before serving, or poaching eggs, and the wider top makes it ideal for reducing liquids, too. The pan also features a helper handle to make lifting the full pan that little bit easier.

Material

Made from aluminium, they have excellent durability and heat distribution properties and the stainless steel bases give them a sturdy foundation. The pans’ smart black heat-resistant handles have a soft-touch, rubberised finish and a thumb hole for comfortable use.

Non-Stick

A non-stick interior coating ensures nothing sticks and makes washing up a breeze. Please note: although this pan is dishwasher safe for convenience, we recommend hand washing to prolong the performance of the non-stick coating.

Versatile

Suitable for all gas, electric, solid plate, ceramic and induction hobs, and oven safe up to 180°C.

"Perfect pan"

I wanted a capacious pan to replace a casserole style one which I overheated! This fits the bill perfectly and the old pan lid fits, too, which saves energy. Comfortable handles and deep sides make it great for cooking casserles etc when the family comes to stay. It's too early to tell how the non-stick surface will wear, but looking good so far

I love one pan dishes. Recently bought new cooker with induction hob. My favorite pan no longer worked. This pan is even better than the old one. Does everything I want it to and is very easy to clean

I used it to make a tiffin, which is quite sticky...the pan wiped clean quite easily with a kitchen paper, and washed up beautifully. It's easy to use, and easy to clean...well worth every penny. I can use it to make caramel and all sorts of wonderful dishes, without a problem.

This is a great pan, I’m really pleased with it, cooks nicely and cleans easily too! The only thing that would make it better would be a lid for the times that you want to leave food simmering - I wonder if there is one that would fit well with it?
