    Saucepans are useful but for some jobs a squared-off base can cause a problem – food gets caught in there, and it can be hard to stir or whisk it out. This round-bottomed saucier can perform all of the same functions as a saucepan, with the added advantage of rounded sides that make whisking and combining ingredients a snap – great for stir-fries too! This large 28cm Chef’s pan is a good size for combining cooked pasta and sauce before serving, or poaching eggs, and the wider top makes it ideal for reducing liquids, too. The pan also features a helper handle to make lifting the full pan that little bit easier.

    Made from aluminium, they have excellent durability and heat distribution properties and the stainless steel bases give them a sturdy foundation. The pans’ smart black heat-resistant handles have a soft-touch, rubberised finish and a thumb hole for comfortable use.

    Non-Stick

    A non-stick interior coating ensures nothing sticks and makes washing up a breeze. Please note: although this pan is dishwasher safe for convenience, we recommend hand washing to prolong the performance of the non-stick coating.

    Suitable for all gas, electric, solid plate, ceramic and induction hobs, and oven safe up to 180°C.

    "This is a must have pan"

    I ordered this because I wanted a pan I could use for a wide range of things, from Chilli to Stir-fry. Now I've used it for a couple of weeks I wanted to share with you that this pan is brilliant! How can a pan be brilliant I hear you ask? Well, its easy to handle, cooks from frying, to browning to slowly braising all sorts of food and cleaning up is a dream! Well the wide base means even browning, and the rounded size means you can toss ingredients about without them spilling everywhere. This is my go-to pan now. You can cook a whole meal in one pan!

    "I love, love, Love this!"

    I have been looking for a multi-purpose pan with a wide base that I could use as a frying pan if needed, but also as a stir fry pan (I find woks can be unstable) or a 'one pot meal' pan. This does the job beautifully and I highly recommend it. It is a cinch to wash up and I really do love it!
