I have had this pan several months now and used it countless times and it still looks like new. Best of all I have found it fits the new Lakeland mini-oven a treat too.
This tin performed well for me and is perfect for flapjacks! There was no sticking but I did grease it lightly. The tin did not warp in the oven and was easy to clean afterwards.
A quality product at a good price for what it is - just as you would expect from Lakeland. Only used once so far but very solidly made looking as if it will last a lifetime. Removable base is an excellent feature. Bakepan is easy to clean - always a good selling feature (to me).
