Excellent when it comes to healthier, low fat cooking, Grillit’s cast iron ribbed base spreads heat evenly to grill to perfection. The satin black enamel interior allows the grill to be exposed to a higher heat, giving those characteristic chargrilled lines for full flavour. This is one piece that will become invaluable for fast searing, grilling and roasting; it can even be used on a barbecue. Freezer and oven safe up to 260°C. Suitable for ALL hobs (incl. induction).

Excellent piece of kit. Used it for years, heavy cast iron pan allows you to leave it to get really hot on the hob, does ribeye steaks to perfection in a few minutes. Tip - oil the steaks, not the pan, and clean it hot.
I have used Le Creuset products for many years and this is just as perfect to use as the rest. One person can have a really slap up grill or you can enjoy an inside BBQ without the hassle of charcoal. FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is a brilliant product but I have a neck problem so I prefer the version that is a flat square one. However, the Lakeland tuff-scrub are wonderful for cleaning it.
