Every Valencian family has their own paella recipe, but they all have one thing in common – the pan in which they are cooked. The Typhoon Paella Pan is ideal for recreating traditional Spanish paella in your own home and impressing friends and family alike.
Made from catering-grade carbon steel and with a non-stick finish specially developed by Typhoon, this paella pan is more than up to the job. It is oven safe up to 180°C and can go under the grill for extra browning. It is also suitable for use on gas, electric and ceramic hobs for added versatility.
Not just great for paella, the shallow base of this pan also makes it idea for a host of different dishes, such as risotto. We’re sure you can let your imagination run wild and come up with all manner of uses for the pan.

Excellent product. Have had paella pans in the past all of which stuck to the rice and were difficult to clean. This one is brilliant- literally. Shiny, non stick and a dream to clean

My daughter bought me this for my birthday, im sadly disappointed. Despite following all the instructions on how to season the pan everything sticks. Wish I'd chosen a wok instead.

Our buyers always recommend Setting the pan over medium heat just until bubbles appear on the bottom—this removes the manufacturer's anti-rust coating. Pour out the water and vinegar and wash the pan well with soapy water. Dry thoroughly with paper towels and then use a dry paper towel to lightly coat the inside with olive oil to seal the surface.
I purchased one of these about a year ago and right from the start the non stick coating was useless. After the third time of using the coating was coming off and this continued utill about 40% of the pan was devoid of the coating. Food stuck all the time and all I can say is the I am glad it is in the recycling bin now. I bought a much better pan (admittedly far more expesive) and it works a treat. If all you want is something to help fill your metal recycling bin then this is definitely the product for you. DEFINITELY DO NOT BUY THIS PAN.
