To achieve authentic texture and flavour, stir-fries should ideally be tossed during cooking but it can be tricky to keep all your veg in the pan. The unique asymmetric rim of this wok has been specifically designed to help hang on to ingredients, adding just a little extra ‘curve’ to encourage them back into the pan.
Made of carbon steel for even heating, the riveted, non-slip handle is comfy to hold and cleaning is easy thanks to its non-stick coating.
Suitable for gas, electric, ceramic and induction hobs.

Wish I'd bought this earlier. Have used several times now and is very easy to use and clean. The oversized edge makes it very easy to toss the contents around. It is the perfect size for our family and also if I need to just cook for 1 or 2. Brilliant.
