"So good they're Great"

I recently tried out the Cuisipro Fine Grater, bought from the Witney Store, after using the Micrplanes for a number of years. I was very impressed indeed with just how effective the grater was to use with lemon peel, nutmeg and parmesan (not all in the same dish !). It took very little effort to produce the goods. Great .... & on offer @Sep, 2011

This grater is really effective and works especially well with Parmesan cheese. Just make sure you remove the fine plastic film before you use it. I didn't notice it was on there and starting grating directly into a pan of risotto...whoops.

For years I have used a normal grater with the fiddley bit for zesting, the type where you have to scrape the zest out with a knife with more zest being left in the grater than on the board. I always thought that spending £11 on just a zester seemed a bit extravagant. Well I was wrong I am so glad I bought it, it is sharp and leaves lovely fine strands of zest. More lemon drizzle cake in this house I think.

"Love this product"

I bought this rasp around 18 months ago and use it for zesting fruit and grating parmesan. Works really well and the guard for storing makes it safe in the drawer or utensil jar.
