Cuisipro® Fine Rasp Grater

BRILLIANT! this makes grating very finely so easy. i have 'ms' and went off grating cheese finely but this is so easy to use.

I have a variety of graters at home so wasn't sure it would be worth buying another, but am fed up of trying to grate ginger and lemons and most of it being on the walls! This one is fantastic - really easy & clean to use. Highly recommended!

I have been looking for something for a while to give me fine citrus zesting for my cooking & baking - I felt compelled to say how fab this product is. I get the impression it was designed by someone who cooks as it does the job perfectly. The grater is super sharp & gives lovely fine results and the way the cover converts to a 'collector' is design genius. Love it! (And I don't usually comment on stuff). x

I bought this rasp around 18 months ago and use it for zesting fruit and grating parmesan. Works really well and the guard for storing makes it safe in the drawer or utensil jar.

For years I have used a normal grater with the fiddley bit for zesting, the type where you have to scrape the zest out with a knife with more zest being left in the grater than on the board. I always thought that spending £11 on just a zester seemed a bit extravagant. Well I was wrong I am so glad I bought it, it is sharp and leaves lovely fine strands of zest. More lemon drizzle cake in this house I think.
