Beautifully Sharp
It is expensive for a cheesegrater, but my goodness, the difference from our old one. Instead of the usual heavy scrubbing motion and shredded messes building up, you get a gentle swipe and a clean cut. It's been used so far for grating apples, cheeses, breadcrumbs, and zesting oranges and lemons. Here's hoping it lasts for many years!
Update 20.12.11
Yes, we thought this grater was wonderful to start with. But in less than two months it was no better than the cheap old thing that we'd been using for years. Definitely not worth thirty pounds. We are now buying a different one.
