After using balance scales all my life (over 40 years) watching 'the great British Bake off' persuaded me to invest in digital scales. Great price, great size,easy to use. Can weigh in grams or ozs (for older recipes) and liquids too.Made gingerbread the day they arrived - easy to weigh the treacle and golden syrup. Think I will be doing a lot more baking. Thank you.
