I bought this box with the thought of putting rice in it, but I have to say, the lid is quite slack and comes off very easily, I could see that if it was knocked over, the contents would spill everywhere, so my cats now have this as a dry food container :o) the scoop is just the perfect size for 1 portion, so even though the box isn't being used for what I had hoped, it is still a very useful item.
This is a fun design but there is no way that it can be airtight - the lid simply slots into the container and is very loose. I was expecting some sort of airtight seal but nothing but thin plastic. Disappointing if you want to keep something "fresh".

This is a lovely storage box, a good size and nice and cheerful. My only complaint is that you don't stock any different colours (I know they're out there!) as I'd like to buy more but not in the same colour.
