Microwave Stackable Plate Stacker

I bought your plate stacker food cover & I can report that the food inside the bottom was very hot & the food on the top was colder!! I guess this happened due to top food not being inside so it doesn't keep heat in?! This isn't a product that I'd recommend to anyone & we are thinking of asking for our moeny back, though it was quite cheap. Come on Lakeland, surely you can do better than this?!

I love Lakeland. I bought this from my local store and after about a month it developed cracks on both sides, I return it for a replacement and now the replacement has also developed the same fault. Is this meant to last for a month?

When I bought this I thought this was a good product, but within a month of using it (and mostly without putting another plate on top) it started developing cracks, possibly due to the heat of the items cooking underneath. The cracks now go across the whole of the top of product and its is just about to break into two pieces. Very disappointed and glad to see that this item has been discontinued.
