"Most disappointing Lakeland purchase"

Longtime Lakeland customer, however this Mermaid baking sheet has proved to be a complete disappointment. Despite washing before use and seasoning my sausage rolls were well and truly stuck to it and the sheet is at this moment soaking in an attempt to get it clean so non stick is rather misleading in this case. In view of the price of this item I had expected a lot better.

"Hopeless"

Having tried the other Lakeland range of non-stick baking trays which weren't non-stick I decided to pay the extra to get better quality but took it back to the Bath shop with half of my biscuits stuck to it and got my money back

"Worth every penny"

Pricey but brilliant heavy-weight baking sheet. I've used it up to 220C for bread and no signs of warping or damage. Baking only stuck the first time I used it - after a couple of uses (gentle cleaning with non-abrasive pad) it is perfectly seasoned and nothing sticks now. It heats evenly as well, so the bottoms of your loaves, cookies, etc don't over-brown.
