Mermaid 30cm Baking Tray

My husband loves roast potatoes, but I had trouble finding a tin that did not leave the bottmn part stuck to the tin. Well I lightly greased the tin (after prepping it was directed for first time use) and found that at firs the roasties needed a little gentle pushing with spatula to get them moving for turning, & they were no trouble after that and we had lovely crispy roast potatoes and my husband cleaned the tin and it looks as good as new. And it did not buckle in the heat. Thank you lakeland

The first few times I used this tray I was really disappointed - it showed no signs of the promised non-stick qualities and I lost the bottom layer of several meals when items welded themselves to the tray. Just as I was about to phone Lakeland and complain, however, it suddenly seemed to become seasoned, and it's been fine ever since - nothing sticks, it washes easily, and, as promised, it doesn't warp or twist when heated. If you have the patience to bear with it it's a great tray, and I now wouldn't hesitate to buy the same brand again.
