I purchased this item after receiving a recommendation from a friend. For the money it cost it is very poor. The non-stick is practically useless. I would most definitely NOT recommend this item, a waste of money!

Best I have ever used,bottom of pastry perfectly cooked,easy wipe-clean,have just ordered a second one,definitely 5*,not cheap - worth every penny.
Whilst not the cheapest, these trays are excellent quality - and for the first time I have one that doesn't twist or warp. I slightly disagree with another review who says it is not non-stick, but maybe the previous version differs in that respect. A quick wipe of oil on the surface and I have not found a sticking problem. Food cooks beautifully on it. My only very minor negative comment is that it is not recommended for a dishwasher. Having said that, a quick soak and it does clean very easily. So pleased, have bought the 12" tray as well. Nearer 5 stars than 4...

I'm delighted with our new baking tray and although its not non-stick (I use parchment paper if I think something is going to stick) it performs brilliantly. We've purchased many baking trays of all different brands and I'll certainly be going back for more. (free gift of the oven gloves is an added bonus - these we're given to my mother)
