For a premium performance every time, GreenPans are coated with a patented ceramic-based, Thermolon ‘Rocks’ non-stick coating that gives excellent release for food and is simple to care for. Capable of withstanding a far higher heat than regular non-stick surfaces, they boast a tough, hard-anodised aluminium exterior for efficient heat conductivity, and a triple-riveted stainless steel handle with removable silicone sleeve so you can finish dishes off in the oven or under the grill – primed for the catering industry, they certainly justify their professional status! Suitable for ALL hobs (except induction). Oven safe up to 450°C without the silicone sleeve.
