Attaching to your pan with a no-scratch, silicone clip, its display shows both current and target temperatures and an alarm sounds when the desired temperature is reached. "Do not buy this product."

Being a massive Heston fan, most of the family jumped on this bandwagon and brought me bits from his Salter range. Sadly this product lasted for two uses. The product was brought in the local Lakeland store. The plastic that holds the probe and the thermometer together melted and the product fell into two. Sadly I do not have a receipt to get a replacement.
