I hesitated about buying a new knife set as I didn't think I really needed one, but when they were on offer I went for it. I haven't been disappointed. The knives are sturdy and lovely & sharp - I now realise how blunt and feeble my previous knives were. Chopping is now so much faster and more accurate.
