We know pans are supposed to be functional items but we fell in love with these, not just because of their incredible versatility, but because, in super-cool colours, they look like designer pieces we’d all be proud to have on show in our kitchens! Made from cast aluminium, which is an excellent heat conductor with no hot spots, the pans have two layers of a special Ecolon ceramic-based coating inside and out which makes them incredibly non-stick, durable and easy to clean, even after repeated use. Rebecca from our Buying Team fried an egg in one of the pans then showed us the sample and it looked spotless, even before she’d washed it!

Brilliant pan! I've had many frying pans non of them have ever been as good as this. You hardly need any fat even when frying eggs and I didn't use any when frying mince last night. It's done the tomato test as lots of non stick I find can't cope with this and heating up berries and maple syrup I've tried the lot!! After most things you cook you won't even know it's been used it's that non stick!
Having done a lot of research on good frying pans, I kept coming back to this stylish retro looking one from Lakeland. Knowing the quality of Lakeland products, I bought the pan with confidence and was not disappointed. It requires minimal oil and nothing, I mean nothing sticks to it. It's a joy to cook with and a breeze to clean afterwards. At the price, I find it fantastic value for money as some of the supermarkets offer similar priced pans, but nowhere near the quality or good looks of this pan. One request Lakeland, please consider a whole set of pans in this colour; I for one would buy

I have had my 24cm frying pan for a couple of months and been very happy with it, but have only just used it to make pancakes - they were perfect and I will definitely be buying a pancake pan and a lidded wok, as Lakeland doesn't make a larger frying pan in this range. Hugely impressed, never had a frying pan like this one although I've been looking for MANY years!
