I've tried a number of lemon squeezer gadgets over the years, and, up to now, a simple reamer has been the most successful and least hassle to clean. However, the reamer means that I still get pips, despite my best efforts to filter through my hands. When I saw this strange little silicone thing, it looked like quite a good idea. I could see that the hole would prevent pips, and it looked easy to clean. I was still dubious though - as I said, I've tried a number of things before.I tried it for the first time today, and I was really surprised at how well it worked. As expected, no pips got though. What was more of a surprise is just how effective it is at extracting juice. Being made of silicone means that there is no grappling with a smooth lemon skin, so it's really easy to grip and squeeze quite hard.Excellent value product.

I love this gadget. It's really good value, and works perfectly, keeping the pips out of your cooking.

This squeezer is great for lemons, oranges and limes. Remember to use room temperature fruit. It's so simple to use, just juice, no pips. Easy to wash. A great buy.

I love this and have found it extremely easy to use. I notice from other reviews that people are complaining about lemon juice going over them when they try and put a half lemon into this. I have never had that problem but then I've never put a lemon in straight down, I've always put the half lemon in at an angle as it's so much easier to get it in, it just slips in very easily - so possibly this is why some people are having problems with this. I really am impressed with this invention and so pleased that I bought it.

Well, first of all I can't get half a lemon to fit into this gadget. Either I'm using lemons with too large a diameter, or the gadget that I bought is faulty and doesn't stretch enough to get the lemon in! Second of all, after deciding to squeeze the lemon juice into the gadget by hand and use it as a 'sieve' (so as not to have completely wasted my money), I found I kept having to move the pips out of the way of the spout with my finger in order for the lemon juice to pour through the hole. Would've been easier and cheaper to squeeze by hand and remove the pips manually! Can't recommend it.
