Pink Santoku Knife

Bought this knife on the strength of the reviews. So glad I did. Best knife I've owned. It cut a fresh loaf so cleanly. Oh I almost forgot...I carved a chicken for the first time ever (hubbies job normally) and it was like slicing butter. Well done Lakeland... more like this please.

I bought this and the matching smaller knife and am really impressed. I hadn't realised how bad my old knife set was until I purchased these. The only down side for me is I now have to be extra cautious with these having been accustomed to using obviously inferior knives for such a long time.

I have this and the paring knife. They are both wonderful to use, cuts very nicely. I'm particularly pleased with the sheaths, as it is much safer for my autistic sons, to have the blades covered when not in use. It would be great if you could make other knives in this way, e.g. bread knife.

I bought this knife in April and I love it. It cuts beautifully and it's a funky colour so I can easily find it in the drawer. The cover fits nice and snugly and it washes well by hand or in the dishwasher. It isn't too heavy but it has enough weight to tackle tough jobs such as swede. Very happy with my purchase.
