"good sized knife, suitable for many jobs"

I bought this knife and like the size of it very much, a good strong blade with no bend, useful for a variety of food prep jobs, from preparing meat to finely chopping herbs. Like the cover on the blade making it very safe in the drawer. Only disappointment is that the handle stains, such a shame when these knifes come in a good range of colours, but from the 1st use the handle stained and remained stained.
