really dissapointed in this mug i got it as a present and have tried it a few times it didnt keep coffee warm any longer than a normal mug and it did get warm on the outside

This is a great find for me. It is lovely to drink from, with or without the cover. The liquid keeps plenty warm enough for when I am out and about. Capacity is plenty. I have noted how to clean the top..Just not sure what the little stopper on the bottom is for!!!
Thanks for placing your review. The buyer has commented to say: Its a double wall cup.The stopper prevents heat loss through the base and also stops water getting between the 2 layers.
I got this coffee cup today as a little gift to myself while I'm buying everyone else's presents. I did a test on how long the brew stays hot. I found that the small hole in the top lets the heat out and the coffee stays a lot hotter if something is placed over the hole. Perhaps your next design could have a stopper or something there. Plus the rubber top does affect the taste of the coffee if this is not removed. Other than that its a good item and I'll be buying another as a gift for a friend.

very pleased with product but after only using it once with coffee instead of tea the silicone lid has become tainted with coffee smell and taste and I'm not sure how to get rid of it
Thanks for placing your review. To clean a silicone lid/cup...soak in boiling water with 3 lemon wedges until clean and then wash as normal and thoroughly rinse. I'll be in touch shortly to help.
Nice looking mug, looks well on the desk but suprised how little in holds it is approx half of a normal sized coffee mug
