Have been looking for this type of mug for a while - most of the ones I've found online have been nearly double the price. Am really fussy about drinking from plastic but this feels great. Would be great outdoors generally but fabulous for teachers like me..at last a safe cup for playground duty!!
I'm a childminder and always have the dilemma about making a cuppa with little ones around, worrying about them tipping drinks over. This is a brilliant cup which means I can drink safely around the children without worrying about either having hot tea poured on me or them knocking me and spilling it over themselves.
I usually don't have time for a cup of tea before I set off for work. This is ideal and is still drinkable when I arrive at work (journey approx 30 mins). It took me a while to get used to the silicone lid but it's great and safer for a clumsy person like myself.
This is a great find for me. It is lovely to drink from, with or without the cover. The liquid keeps plenty warm enough for when I am out and about. Capacity is plenty. I have noted how to clean the top..Just not sure what the little stopper on the bottom is for!!!
Thanks for placing your review. The buyer has commented to say: Its a double wall cup.The stopper prevents heat loss through the base and also stops water getting between the 2 layers.
Nice looking mug, looks well on the desk but suprised how little in holds it is approx half of a normal sized coffee mug
