"Very disappointed"
I ordered this item and when it arrived, I was disappointed to find that it did not work - as dead as a doornail. I contacted Lakeland and they did a marvellous job getting a replacement to me within 48 hours. When I tried the second kettle, it was rocking like crazy on the base. The core plug on the base is too high and the kettle is just balancing on the plug. I have had to put four furniture leg buttons on the base to stop the kettle rocking. I have always thought that Prestige was a premium brand, how wrong can you be? Think twice before you buy!!!
