"Brilliant"
I bought this breadmaker a few weeks ago and it hasn't been off since. I was always throwing bread away but this makes the perfect size loaf and is so much nicer than shop bought bread. My best kitchen purchase yet.

I recently bought this product, it is so easy to use and produces first class bread. I would recommend this to anybody. Thank you Lakeland for another superb product.
Makes the perfect small loaf - just right for the two of us. Quick and easy to make, using either flour, etc. or the packet mixes. On odd occasions, a timer would have been nice, but it is still worthy of 5 stars. Store in a polythene bag before the loaf is completely cold and it stays fresh for at least 3 days. The downside is - you eat too much!
This breadmaker makes a small loaf perfect for a one/two person home - no more stale loaves in the bread bin. I make it in time for our evening meal and there is enough left for toast the next day. My only gripe is that it would be useful to have an indicator to say that it had finished baking and was on the 'keep warm' stage. But for the money it is excellent value.
Since buying this machine a few weeks ago, I have been able to enjoy the perfect sized loaf as and when I want it. Living on my own, it was always difficult to get though a whole shop bought loaf before it went mouldy. I was given a bread machine that only made big loaves. I tried to cut the ingredients in half but the loaf always came out a funny shape and consistency. Now, I get a perfect loaf every single time. I have even made different types of loaf. This is a pretty machine which sits in the kitchen quite happily and doesn't take up much room. The smell of fresh bread baking as you walk around the house is simply wonderful.OK, I agree that it could do with a timer as sometimes I forget when I've started it and don't always hear the beeps when it's finished, but that is my only criticism. Even when the paddle gets stuck in the loaf, the natty little hook gets it out without making a mess of the bottom of the loaf. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys fresh bread straight from the oven.
