We’ve been converted to baking on air. Why? Because our cakes rose higher and traybakes didn’t scorch or dry out in the middle. The secret? A double-layer, air-insulated pan which keeps the temperature even for browning without burning. And that’s not all – when you’ve finished baking and decorating your cake, the two anodised aluminium layers separate and the outer layer flips over to become a lockable lid so you can transport your efforts without damage.
