I ordered this mat as a countertop protector for my hot pans but have discovered that it has many uses, which is an added bonus! It is a compact size, stores away very easily and I know I will be using this mat every day for one thing or another. I am going to buy another one as two would make ideal oven gloves. It is an ingenious idea!
