3 Litre Quick and Easy Pressure cooker

We bought this pressure cooker primarily to use in our camper van and find we have been using it in the home also. Its great, delicious meals in twenty minutes, one pan to wash one gas burner to use!!

Memories of my mother's pressure cooker hissing and steaming away put me off buying one for a long time. I took the plunge on this one (over the Kuhn) because as it was cheaper. It did a wonderful job of cooking some meat in under 20 minutes and was as tender as slow-cooked and I was greatly impressed. Disappointed because after the first use, discovered something was broken (possibly the hold down cup). I followed all the instructions to the letter when using the cooker.

I bought this about a year ago and found it to be brilliant - I used it nearly every day. However, the Hold Down Cup has broken in this pressure cooker also, I can't get a replacement from the manufacturer as they are "out of stock". I'm lost without it. Very disappointing.

I bought this about 8 months ago, the plastic ring for the weight broke very soon after. I also found that everything I cooked in it stuck to the bottom of the pot, even on a very low heat! I shop a lot instore and online at Lakeland as I love their products which are normally very good. I have to say I was very disappointed with this product.

I bought my pressure cooker about 5 years ago. About a year later the hold down cup broke. I contacted Lakeland and they were brillient and replaced the whole pressure cooker as it was still in guarantee. I was sure it was something I had been doing wrong and since then have always taken great care when opening and closing the lid but about two weeks ago exactly the same thing happened. It is such a pain as I use my cooker every week so very disappointed. I saw a site selling the hold down cups but now can't google it anymore.
