I have just made some empty tartlet cases and they are really dolly sized! How they get all that fruit piled into them I dont know!! I know my pastry shrunk a bit but not that much!! However I think they will be really good with a very rich filling or for savoury canapes. The pan worked very well, the cases slipped out easily and were nicely cooked and coloured - just weeny weeny!!! I will have another go!!!
