EZ-freeze Pure Bottle 946mls

I bought this water bottle some time ago, and like other reviewers had the same problem trying to suck the water out. I was on the verge of returning, until I stumbled across the solution to the problem which I hope, by sharing might help others. To make the bottle work properly you need to make sure you fully open the mouthpiece as far back as it goes. It then works brilliantly. Since my discovery I have been really very happy with the bottle. It's been great.

I really like the idea of this water bottle, with inbuilt filter. I bought it in my local store had had to get the sales assistant to get the lid off (she didn't find it very easy either) because I was worried about breaking it (it's easier to unscrew since the first time). I was really disappointed when it seemed so hard to drink water through the straw after initial use. As another reviewer said, once the mouthpiece is all the way back, it's really easy to drink from. Once I worked this out, it was very simple! It would be great to have spare freezer parts though.

i find this a very useful item, i live in a hard water area and having this in the fridge is very handy

ok it keeps water cool and it does an ok job filtering TAP water (you cannot use it for any other source of water), BUT if you have a cool flask topped up with water from a filter jug in the fridge, youre better off. When the water is filtered through this, it oxygenises so you end up drinking as much air as you do water; you can remove the filter but then the freezer stick does not reach the bottom third of the bottle. That just leaves you with unscrewing the freezer stick which just leaves you with a very expensive reusabe plastic bottle.

I've been very disappointed with this product as even when you suck strongly (and you have to) you get very little water up the straw. Such a shame as the filtered water quality seems very good indeed.
