Kuhn Rikon Cookie Press

Because of the bad reviews I didn't buy this until it was in the sale, but now regret not buying it sooner! I used a melting moments recipe and it worked immediately. You can pipe dozens in seconds, the family insisted on having a go, as it was so easy and addictive! I used Lakelands 'my kitchen' baking sheet, which shouldn't be greased, and you need to wipe down and cool between batches, but if you use two trays this is not a problem. The gun was easy to fill, I filled from the bottom was easiest, plus you can change the shape disc whilst you do this. The gun was also easy to clean! Love it!

I bought this because of the very high price of ready made gluten free biscuits, as being diagnosed Coeliac my food bill is now much higher than it was before! For those like me who have a sweet tooth and cannot eat gluten trying to find treats especially at a reasonable price is proving very hard, so I bought this. It arrived this morning and I used it straight away. WooHoo! IT IS FABULOUS WITH GLUTEN FREE FLOUR MIXES! (which are a bit gloopier than wheat flour mixes) I AM IN BISCUIT HEAVEN! I will be buying MORE for my Mum and Daughter and All our Friends as it is superb and 100% Recommended

I'm a sucker for gadets, and usually a lot them end up being a waste of money. So I was a bit wary about buying this. I only got it because it had good reviews. Anyway it does work. I was in a hurry to try it out, so used marg instead of butter, the consistensy was ok, and I proved it actually worked, but they tasted a bit bland. So next time I'll use butter and I'm sure they'll be just perfect. They remind me a bit of those Danish biscuits you buy at Xmas, but a fraction of the cost.

I received my cookie press this morning - what a great buy!! I now have a kitchen full of yummy vanilla cookies. So simple to use I would recommend this to anyone :o)

I never write reviews, but I broke my arm recently and am unable to use my 30 year old cookie press. This little star knocks spots off the old one! So easy to use and clean - I hope it lasts as long as my vintage press has.
