Love going to Lakeland stores bought a ceramic knife and really love it .if you've never been to lakeland you don't know what your missing we have bought lots of different items and not been disappointed
I had heard a lot about the efficiency of ceramic knives so I decided to try one. It is beautifully sharp, and looks like it will remain so for a long time, I like the fact I can fold it up like a pocket knife - a great safety feature. I must save up for a bigger one- it would be even better if a 20-25cm one could be produced.

Really pleased with this knife. It is so sharp and has a great feel. You really can slice items very thinly. However beware these blades are brittle. I have twice snapped the tip of the blade. If you accidentally twist the blade at the tip it might snap.
