I've got to be honest, I found this rather bland. Sorry. But I'm not a fan. But then it's all about personal taste.

I'm an EasiYo fan and I like their yoghurts and ice cream very much. But this mousse is simply too light and too much of an 'eating air' experience with the vague hint of lemon somewhere in the distance. I remember mousse being a thicker and richer experience than this...
